Took my staff out for meal the server was great, thats where it ended , the fish sat in the window for 10 minutes as the back of house staff chatted away, food took along time already The meal was cold and soggy, I was asked if Id like to wait longer for another one, no thank you.So 10 minutes later The so called manager walked over as Im in middle of chatting to team and starts with who didnt like the fish (Im super rude tone and manner)So my team pointed to me and this point she states you wanna talk to me about it answer no (if she wonders why I only talk to people who care to talk to me like a human)Such a shame had the potential to be great place. Long wait times even tho there was no customers, not good food , a super horrible manager.
Went for the 1st time with my husband last night. Food was great and we were happily surprised!Update: we have been 3 times in total now. Last week I went with my husband and were greeted in the restaurant side and the lady asked where wed like to sit. My husband said a booth and she replied well I can fit 6 in a booth so if it gets busy Im going to need it so we were seated at a table instead. Which is understandable however the next waitress seats a party of 2 (just like us) in the booth and yet another party of 2 gets the other booth while we sat by the door (yay I just love sitting beside a door where everyone exits or enters). Then friends were in town on the weekend and wanted to try the food so we put our last experience past us and luckily was won over by the Sunday buffet. Omg Ive never had so many choices! No idea why its not promoted more ! Weve lived here since June and had no idea!
I dont normally give 5 stars but this one earned it. Went to roadhouse for my birthday dinner and our server sam was amazing ... very reactive.. friendly professional service... will definitely recommend to friends and family ... great job guys !!
Brunch buffet was unbelievable awesome. So much variety. Roast beef, Turkey and ham us breakfast , fresh fruit with a chocolate fountain and dessert.Our server was fabulous. She looked after so well.
Great place to go for a dinner with family or friends. They can accommodate large groups by reservation or seat your family anytime. They serve all day breakfast and have fresh home made soup and dinner specials daily. Friday is clam chowder day and every night is wing night, even on the restaurant side so your kids can enjoy too. My only complaint is sometimes the kitchen service can be very slow, the wait staff are excellent though
