I'm normally hesitant with trying new Vietnamese restaraunts, as I have my favorite prefences. But I decided to go to Pho Minh a few days ago, and was very satisfied with their service, and quality. Their beef pho was delicious, and the broth was better than I expected, with a fair amount of meat / toppings. Staff were friendly and the food was brought out quick and hot.
The pho broth was fantastic...and that's what it's all about. 3rd time stopping in while passing through Strathmore, already looking forward to #4
