Great beds & service by staff..little problem when we booked in..I had called to reserve a pet friendly room. No mention of a $150.00 holding fee..never had that before..saw no mention of it on web site either..staff handled it. Looking forward to breakfast buffet..Had great anniversary supper at Station Restaurant next door.
Excellent front desk team and incredible housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is also awesome. Would definitely stay again. Best in Strathmore.
Great hotel. Very nice staff at check in that were able to solve a problem we had with our online booking. Rooms were clean, and nicely updated for an older hotel with comfy beds and nice TV. The breakfast was the best part pid this stay and included every kind of fruit you can imagine on top of typical eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Even for being busy during stampede season, the staff were able to keep up with having plenty of food available as well. Can't wait to come back!
Somehow they lost my reservation, and the staff member who was working at that time wasnt very helpful in getting it sorted. Luckily they had rooms available so it all worked out. Rooms were comfortable. Continental breakfast was amazing, huge selection. Pool area and waterslide are an added bonus.
Good size comfortable room at a reasonable price. Nearby restraint and hotel has a pretty good breakfast.
