They always greet you warmly when you arrive at the store and everyone is willing to assist you to find what your looking for, I they dont have it they will bring it in.

Got left at the till while the lady jumped to the other till to do something and then people lined up there and she just started helping them left us standing there. My husband asked if she was coming back and she totally ignored him so we left our purchases on the counter and walked out. Went to another store instead.
