I am beyond irate. Took my linen wedding suit pants in to be cleaned. They must have washed them in hot water, NOT dry cleaned them. As a result, the pants shrunk 5 inches in the waist. Irreplaceable and now the jacket is useless too. If you do use Bubbles for your dry-cleaning, be sure to get a guarantee they will dry-clean the garment only, and compensate for any ruined garments on their watch.
