Tired of getting screwed by these guys. This time they wouldn't return my paint after I had just mistakenly bought the wrong shade of white, due to the excitement about the clearance sale. We're talking FIVE minutes after the purchase! Well, you can keep your sales on your junk and stupid return policies to yourselves. You guys have lost yet another customer, hope your satisfied, because I'm not.
Absolutely terrible, I'm not sure if they run a shop at Strathmore Canadian Tire or a Day Care. They can't do basic vehicle maintenance properly and managed to screw up a family friends vehicle. So if you enjoy driving a vehicle that runs properly and all the fluids are in their proper places. Don't bring it here! Take it somewhere where people know what they're doing!
Very disappointed. Bought a can of spray paint at 10:20 in the morning. At 1:20 I wanted to return the unopened can. Cashier pointed to a small sign saying that they did not take returns on spray paint. At the very least they could have informed me at the time I was purchasing it so I could make a decision. I won't be going back.
I want to thank Andrew Lee and his staff for the quick & efficient service that was provided to me today. After 8 different stops to try and get a tire plugged ( with no luck or at least a 2-3 day wait ) Andrew got me in, had my tire repaired and I was on my way all within a 1/2 hour & that was him having to deal with the fleet card on the phone. Nice selection of goods "IF" you can find it. The samples are on one shelf and the packaged goods are in an entirely different aisle. The new owner has cut staff to a point that there is no longer anyone on the floor to help find the misplaced items. The call buttons have all been removed, so the only way to get help on the floor, even if you're way in the far back sporting goods corner, is to run all the way to the front of the store and have a cashier page someone for you ... then, of course, you have to make your way to the far back corner again.It seems the new owner's only concern is how much of your dollar he can put into his own pocket by overworking the handful of staff he has in the store. I'm thinking a drive to a Calgary location may be in order. At least in Calgary there are enough people in the store to help customers.
