Gentleman working mentioned he had a "very clogged colon", it freaked my child out and I wont be going back there for auto parts.
Been a customer at Napa for 10 years and like to spend as much as i can for my service job in my home town. I parked my service truck in the parking lot for 10 minutes to finish eating my breakfast before going in and purchasing the 20 litres of diesel engine oil I required. I received a call from my bosses boss that there was a complaint of me parking illegally at the Napa. The grumpy old man had not only called my company, but went to the highest possible level to get me in trouble. Needless to say I took my business to bumper to bumper who provided service with a smile. A smart man would have waited for me to leave and ensure I was not a customer, especially since I was in a mechanics truck. This is obviously not a smart man.
Always helpful staff, even if they dont have it, theyll order it in for you.
The old man that runs it has the worst attitude. I ordered a part . It was late . And the wrong part. And he would not return it. I had to return it in Calgary. Go to bumper to bumper.
