My daughter bought her First new car there. The sales person couldnt get the one they were talking about and switched the vehicle without consulting her at all. After working with the finance manager who did a great job, we came to resolution and my daughter was at least satisfied. When she went to picked it up the sales manager ripped a new one in the parking lot. WAY out of line as far as customer service goes and undeserved.A fine example of a young women being taken advantage off and miss treated. I wouldnt refer anyone thereagain!

She was very friendly,, knowledgeable and helpful and made every effort to explain and then answer all our questions and concerns. We chose to deal with this dealership because of its rural location and accommodating sales representatives that were not high pressure and manipulating the numbers to their benefit. I believe all the sales staff we dealt with understood the interest of the customer. We traded in two vehicles and felt they were fair in their trade-in allowances. We anticipate similar experience when we return for regular servicing .
